Lunar Token - Guild Wars Forums

I recently started playing and today while killing stuff, I managed to get a lunar token. I read up on them. I don't have factions or nightfall. Is there still a way I can use this or will I have to wait for later? any information would be great

The Canthan New Year is also being celebrated in LA.

1) What is the Canthan New Year? I havent been really following the story line.
2) I did see the Bettlebug Race guy in LA, what do u do and what do u win? special items like tonics, hats, sparkels ect?

The Cantha New year is a new holiday event. The main focus of it is centered in the factions campaign. (See the Stickie for more details!)

The beetle races are just that. The NPC sends you to the racing arena and turns you into a beetle. You enter the race and you'll get lunar tokens and "gamer" points when you finish the race. How you finish determines how many tokens & points you'll get.

you can use the lunar tokens in LA with the rock paper scissors guy.

LA is an abreviation for Lion's Arch

There are so many abbreviations going around that I get confused aswell.

ive been shifting 125 for 10k and they sell fast
but i see alot "WTS token for 100g each"
